Our heavy-duty racking systems are ideal for the storage of bulky loads like pipe or lumber. Using cantilever racking as pipe racks is a popular use for their modular design, empowering you to scale without limits and make the most of your warehouse space (both horizontally and vertically). Utilizing cantilever racks as lumber racks also make accessing heavy loads using a forklift much easier. Cantilever storage racks comprises four basic parts, designed to simplify the way you organize your warehouse and optimize your space. This unique system empowers you to store huge product quantities of various proportions and lengths, all without compromising accessibility from the front. You also don’t have to worry about the horizontal restrictions typically experienced with more traditional pallet racking.

COLUMN. This upright portion is made for single- or double-sided cantilever installations. You’ll need at least two columns to form one cantilever rack.

BASE. You’ll need one of these per column for single-sided installations, and two for double-sided.

X-BRACE. This is required to effectively space out your columns while providing lateral stability. Typically, you’ll only need one X-Brace per pair of columns.

STRUT BRACE. Like its “X” counterpart, the Strut Brace is an essential component for providing lateral stability (on 16’ columns). The Strut Brace is installed atop the column.
